By using this website and engaging in any design services offered, you agree to the following terms.

Services
I provide custom book cover design services (eBook, print, audiobook). Details of each package, including deliverables and revision rounds, are outlined on the Hire Me page.

Payment
Projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery and approval of design files. Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Wise).

Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of design work, cancellations and refunds are not available once the project has started.

Copyright and Usage
After full payment, copyright and usage rights to the final design are transferred to the client. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio or for promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Deadlines
Project timelines are discussed and confirmed before the project begins. Estimated delivery times are listed on the Hire Me page.
